Wounded For Our transgressions 2. Who has believed

In Isaiah 53 the prophet explains why the Jews rejected Jesus. We see a similar reason why people will not believe on Him today. But those who believe the gospel experience 'the arm of the LORD', i.e. the power of God unto salvation.
